To Start a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, you must complete the form below and submit (clear - high resolution) pictures for all wheel(s) you are filing a claim on.

If a determination cannot be made from photos, the wheel(s) must be returned for a visual inspection, at customers’ expense. Warranty coverage does not include the cost of removal, shipping, installation, or reinstallation of the wheel. Note: newly re-coated wheels may be a few shades off from the original wheels.
NOTE: If any items returned for further inspection, to determine warranty coverage, are found ineligible for warranty coverage, the items will be returned to the customer, without repair or replacement, at the customer’s request and expense. Otherwise, the returned items will be disposed of.
